  • Secure/integrate feedback from Jason Sprawka, Corewell Health sponsor
  • Secure/integrate feedback from CH working team
  • Conduct small group working sessions to complete “Solution” definition (e.g., what are all the ways CH delivers on the specific JTBD to the consumer/patient/potential patient)
  • Define the prioritization schema and process- leverage a goal defined by Customer Experience for 2024
  • Formalize Governance Model to support value structure- define specific names for roles and move to form teams
  • Identify target basecamps for defined product families
  • Develop transformation roadmap of expeditions
