Defining Your Agile Destination

Organizations typically have competing priorities. Executives want things more predictable, yet the market often requires more adaptability. But to achieve our goals during Transformation, we first need to understand what’s driving our decision making and how we can change our constraints over time to get more flexibility in achieving our goals—and to better understand where we’re at versus where we want to be.

In this week’s webinar, we will discuss a framework called The 4 Quadrants that helps us define what the organization values most, and compare that with the market we’re serving, so we can then go on to form a strategy for today, a process for getting to the desired end state, and a plan for what it’s going to take to get there.
